Summary of work
2022 was an incredible year for The Health Policy Partnership. As a health specialist with research at the heart of everything we do, we embarked on exciting projects across our widest ever range of therapeutic areas, producing innovative resources to support patient advocates with policy engagement.
The doubling of our headcount to 30 in 2021 meant we now faced new challenges and opportunities. Our expanded team brought diverse skills, expertise and energy to the company. To maintain our outstanding culture while adapting to a hybrid working model, we invested in the team through personalised training and support, enhanced benefits and regular social activities.
We have continually proven ourselves to be an exemplar of a purpose-led health consultancy. More not-for-profit organisations than ever before approached us to help grow their policy ambitions and advocacy strategies. In addition to our long-standing activities in various non-communicable diseases, we helped shape the debate on strategic issues such as environmental sustainability, health system preparedness and health equity.
Our reputation and track record of success grew considerably, and our figures tell the same story – 2022 saw us achieve our best-ever financial performance and largest-ever client base, without losing our ethos, uniqueness and consistent delivery of excellence.
