Summary of work
Our strapline is Reinventing Healthcare Communications and our mission is patient-centred. 2022 was a year of evolution: from the ‘new kid on the block’ to a competitor to big networked agencies. With that evolution came the challenge of maintaining our values (kindness, responsiveness, accuracy, equality and insightfulness) as our people and client projects grew.
Successfully bottling up our purpose, to increase the number of people living healthy lives and inspiring good care through the power of communications, was key to our fast revenue growth of 58% from 2021-2022. We grew the Patient Partnership Index in 2023, leading our industry from the front to showcase and spread best practice in pharmaceutical and patient groups partnerships with impact. Our insights in this space have shaped our Public Affairs and Policy approach – where we often deliver in partnership with patient advocacy groups.
Our commitment to our people and culture has strengthened as we have grown. We are a profitable agency (27% before tax last year) making a strategic choice to build foundations that will deliver for us in the longterm. For our existing and new clients, we deliver work that is consistently impressive – building reputations, kick-starting opportunities and changing policies (and lives).
