Langland
Summary of work
The Langland Medical Strategy and Education (MSE) discipline experienced significant growth in 2021 and we anticipated further expansion in 2022. With this growth there was a danger that our values, standards and culture could be eroded. To mitigate this and ensure our continued success for clients and team we needed to prioritise an internal focus. In addition, the Langland name wasn’t well known in the medical education space, so we would need to work hard to showcase our skills and experience to attract the talent that would be so critical to our ongoing success. We had big ambitions; we wanted to be at the forefront of medical communications and to grow, not just financially, but in terms of the personal development of our people and in our capability offering. A focus on leveraging skill sets from across Langland to inspire our MSE team to _Think Further_, reshaping our operational structure and building our reputation in the medical education space resulted in award-winning work being developed, clients recommending us for new projects, new business wins and significant revenue growth, and, most importantly, an engaged and connected team, all working towards a common goal.
