Summary of work
Launched in 2022, post pandemic, we know what it means to be driven yet flexible to change.
2023 was a transformative year for us as we moved from a small team of nine to nineteen and doubled our revenue to over £2M. We enjoyed unprecedented growth; expanding our client base and working in exciting new therapy areas such as oncology and obesity.
With this growth came the need to change operationally and introduce new ways of working to improve efficiencies and expand our client offering. We also moved to our new offices in central London and embarked on an aggressive recruitment drive.
Importantly this growth did not impact our strong company culture and family feel. Investing heavily in the well-being of our staff, we introduced new training and development plans alongside a personal well-being allowance. As an agency we take green issues seriously and contributed 2,350 trees to a re-forestation scheme.
Our achievements in 2023 are testament to our strong team spirit. We are looking forward to building on this together over the coming years as we shape the future for our team and for our clients at Collected-Group.

The Collected Group had a great energy and are clearly doing a lot right in the current climate. Their presentation was well-defined and the team were extremely likeable, with a good team energy. It was clear that they do great work for their clients.
