The campaign enhanced team spirit and cohesion with an ongoing series of activations that created an environment of open communication and recognition, including ”Speak Your Mind” sessions and an ”Appreciation Day”. Its execution was crafted to leverage multi-channel communication to ensure maximum reach, focusing on building belief in the team’s mission, speaking up, recognition, and openness.
The campaign demonstrated positive outcomes through an increase in team satisfaction and empowerment. Engagement with content and events exceeded expectations.
