Incisive Health

Summary of work

In 2025, life sciences companies faced one of the most turbulent global health policy environments in decades.

A new US Administration reshaped the global policy landscape, withdrawing from international health leadership, launching Most Favoured Nation pricing approaches and pursuing significant changes to domestic health policy including vaccines guidance and FDA reform. At the same time, governments in Europe and the UK were pursuing their own reforms, including the UK’s NHS Plan, new industrial strategy and VPAG review, creating a fragmented and rapidly shifting environment for companies operating globally.

For the industry, navigating pricing policy, access frameworks and geopolitical health diplomacy had become a central challenge. Incisive Health intentionally positioned itself as a key partner to companies seeking to navigate these issues.

We focused on helping clients interpret the geopolitical drivers of health policy change and translate them into actionable strategies. We strengthened our international policy capabilities, expanded our US policy capabilities and built integrated policy and market access offers with partners across Inizio.

As a result, we helped clients anticipate and shape policy developments across multiple markets while continuing to deliver sustained business growth.

Judges’ comments

Incisive Health had a very good understanding of market environmental factors and a well thought out strategy to address these. They had all the hallmarks of a well-run consultancy, and they continue to grow and deliver high quality work. They operate as an integrated team, where insights from national policy environments inform international strategy, and vice versa. Considering the current political environment, taking an integrated approach like this is needed now more than ever, so their offer to clients is clear.
