Summary of work

In the run up to 2023, the Langland MSE team had seen considerable year-on-year growth and was expecting further expansion. New account wins at the end of the year meant a critical need for focused recruitment and robust retention strategies to sustain our momentum. Moreover, we were keenly aware of the evolving landscape in medical affairs and the necessity to adapt our offering for the future. Our strategy for 2023 was forward-looking, concentrating on three main objectives: empowering our leadership for more streamlined decision-making, enhancing our capabilities to better serve our new (and existing) clients, and exploring new technologies and partnerships for the future. Central to our approach was a commitment to staff engagement, ensuring that each member of our expanding team felt valued and connected to our shared goals. We also aimed to strengthen our ties within the broader Publicis network to bring a wider array of skills and expertise to our clients. These efforts led to tangible results: we maintained high staff retention and engagement; secured new business, often through client referrals; delivered innovative and meaningful educational projects; and achieved >20% revenue growth over the year (bringing our growth to 90% across 3 years).
