Incisive Health
Summary of work
In 2023, Incisive Health successfully refocused its business, building on its strong reputation in the UK to expand its international practice by more than 50% and securing high profile new projects in the UK and Brussels.
The year was not without its challenges. Client investment in UK policy programmes stalled due to contentious pricing negotiations with Government, the NHS squeezed expenditure on non-pharmaceutical products and services, and major programmes came towards the end of their natural lifecycle. Incisive more than filled this gap, landing major new projects on some of the biggest health issues of our time, including mental health, cancer, digital health and infectious diseases.
By doubling down on its strengths, investing in the expertise and diversity of its team and intelligently applying its knowledge in other markets, Incisive continued to grow and created a strong platform for future success – delivering its highest ever revenue, a whopping third of which came from new business wins.
Most importantly, the team achieved big wins for clients and patients – securing a new self-care strategy, unlocking investment in community diagnostic centres and securing a commitment from NHS England to eliminate cervical cancer by 2040.
