Summary of work
In January 2023, Stirred was still only 18 months old. Having launched from a standing start mid 2021, with zero clients and no outside investment, we’d established ourselves in the market with an ambition to match the innovation of the health sector with the communications it deserves.
By December 2023, we’d celebrated securing full B Corp certification, which provides the ethical compass for our business, alongside our healthy hybrid model which underpins our way of ‘doing’ health communications.
We grew the team to ten, co-created our company values, and introduced a 360-degree feedback platform. We made good on our promise that staff can ‘work from anywhere’, arranged quarterly two-day events to nurture our culture, and invested in training on topics such as AI.
We became a founding member of the Passion Partnership (and in the process gained our first pro bono client), supported fundraising to the tune of £5,000, and appointed environmental and DE&I leads. We invested in an external FD and SaaS operating system to support exponential revenue growth – driven by strong organic growth and new business across a diverse range of briefs.
Most of all, we delivered some memorable, impactful, and what could even be life-changing work.

Their 7-year plan was outstanding and Jo and Stuart are an incredible team, implementing what they believe to be true for their company, with a strong sense of wellbeing and flexibility.
