Jess Reid
GCI Health
Summary of work
Jess is driven by a commitment to make a difference in the world with an ambition to improve health equality. She fundamentally believes that good communication has the power to do this.
Jess is fearless when it comes to broadening her horizons showing agility in her quest to learn. Having started in communications where she built media expertise, Jess went onto specialise in Global Health where she is working on some of the world’s biggest health challenges affecting lower-income countries, quickly becoming GCI Health’s European Global Health ambassador. At the same time, Jess moved to the Brussels office where she is building an understanding of the EU political landscape.
She does this with openness and a desire to understand those around her whether it’s a colleague, patient, scientist, doctor or client. This helps her build great teams, develop successful client relationships, and connect with the people whose stories she wants to tell. This has led her to develop her own brand of storytelling that makes the audience feel like they’re right there, living through every moment. It’s through this powerful storytelling that Jess aims to compel people to take notice and act so that change can happen.
