Summary of work

My journey started as an intern at 2 and since then, I’ve progressed from Associate Medical Writer to Scientific Director in just 7 years. I’ve pioneered groundbreaking approaches. From leveraging emerging technologies to implementing evidence-based messaging, my contributions have kept pace with industry trends and actively shaped them. I enjoy unearthing new insights across the therapy areas in which I work and using these to challenge ourselves and our clients thinking. A career highlight for me was my role as a Senior Medical Writer on the team to launch the first COVID mRNA vaccine in Europe, a lesson in how to create high-morale and high-performance teams under high-pressure. I was also able to build relationships with KOLs, one of whom went on to win the Nobel Prize. My commitment to professional development, both personally and for my teams, is evident through continuous learning, staying abreast of industry advancements, actively participating in knowledge-sharing forums, and development of agency-wide training programmes. More important than anything else, the incredible people I work with, and the impact on healthcare we all strive for, is what drives me every day.
