James is the founder and managing director of twentyeightb. Over the last three decades, he has carved a unique path in the healthcare industry. Award-winning in his diverse roles within the pharmaceutical industry and health communications arena, James now uses his experience and insight to develop cutting-edge digital engagement tools. He also serves as the Digital Interest Group Lead and Committee Member for the PM Society. In 2022, James launched Digital Pharma: Unlocked. This network, described as “deliberately honest, deliberately daring, and deliberately free,” has rapidly grown to almost 1,400 members.
