At Ketchum, DEI is not an initiative - it’s a strategic imperative embedded into every aspect of our business. From leadership accountability to systemic change, we go beyond policy to deliver measurable, equitable outcomes that drive real impact for our employees, clients, and communities. Our Inclusion Council, now in its seventh year, has evolved into a business-critical function, leading Samsung’s DEI workstream and supporting campaigns with an inclusion-first lens. We have also embedded inclusion into everyday business practices, introducing a £15-per-week catering subsidy to support junior employees and launching neuroinclusive workplace initiatives. To scale DEI across all levels, we expanded our employee-led networks, launching Next Gen Future Leaders, Culture Club, and Ketchum Together, creating peer-to-peer support and leadership-backed initiatives that empower employees to shape the agency’s culture. Our Liming with Gran campaign took an industry-first approach to intergenerational health conversations within the Caribbean community, reaching 1.1 million people, securing NHS adoption, and driving behavioural change. Winning this award would affirm Ketchum’s leadership in embedding DEI into our business strategy, setting new benchmarks for accountability, engagement, and industry-wide impact. By making equity, belonging, and progress the foundation of our culture, we are creating lasting change within our business and beyond.
