Resonant Group truly came into its own in 2024; achieving 27% growth and a remarkable 93% staff retention, demonstrating how our strategy and vision is accelerating our ability to achieve our growth ambitions. In creating a platform business specialising in healthcare across Communications (Anthem), Medical Excellence (Bedrock), and Patient Insights and Strategy (Origins), with a core Central Services function that drives efficiencies, Resonant Group leadership has established a successful and scalable business primed for future growth. As a founder-owned, fully independent group of agencies, we are able to be agile and adjust quickly to market forces to ensure our competitive advantage. In 2024, we set out to transform our business, investing in core aspects of our organisation that aligned with our strategy, reinforcing our clear and actionable growth plan across our agencies, and embedding our values across everything we did. We know that our focus on our people and our clients, combined with our strategic approach to growing our business, has enabled us to thrive in 2024, even as many in the industry had a very challenging year.
