Summary of work
2024 was game-changing for WA Health. We didn’t just grow—we transformed. Our unique integrated policy and communications model came into its own, turbocharging impact with our people, clients and business.
Culture remained core. The principle of ‘people first and success follows’ was firmly at the heart of our approach. We ensured our growing team was supported to thrive via a precise focus on capacity, training, diversity and sustainability, maintaining work-life balance and job satisfaction.
We invested in top-tier talent, hiring specialist experts ahead of the curve. In the turbulence of a chaotic environment, we thrived by boosting our senior advisory team to include a former Labour Special Adviser, an NHS system leader and former NICE Director, giving unrivalled insights and counsel to clients and creating unique thought leadership.
It worked. 95% team retention. 97.5% client retention. Major UK and global client wins. 33% revenue growth. Critically, our approach drove tangible impact. We delivered change, with measurable highlights in prostate cancer screening, COPD care, and palliative support. We secured industry-shaping policy wins, took on the biggest issues, and put key issues on the government’s agenda.
In a year of uncertainty, WA Health didn’t just navigate the landscape—we shaped it.
