In just 12 months, Kenvue’s newly formed HCP specialist engagement team evolved from its consumer-led foundation into a high-performing, trust-led growth engine, demonstrating that HCP engagement drives patient recommendations, and commercial impact.

The team seized an opportunity to elevate HCP engagement, shifting focus from reach to relevance, credibility and meaningful connection at scale. They built a connected HCP ecosystem, executed a standout launch of a HCP value proposition at The Pharmacy Show, introduced an HCP Content Excellence Framework to the business and united functions into one integrated go-to-market model, designed to support HCPs.

  • 88% reach of their total HCP audience with a +12% YOY increase in personalised reach

  • +5-8pp increase in HCP recommendations for 5 brands

  • 6 out of 9 priority brands were ranked #1 recommended by HCPs and 3 others were ranked #2 or #3 (IPSOS data 2025)

  • Nicorette, the companies NRT brand, won OTC Brand of the Year at The Pharmacy Business Awards

  • Aveeno Dermexa, the companies daily emollient cream, won Skincare Pharmacy Product of the Year at the Pharmacy Product of the Year Awards

 This was delivered while building a connected team culture, with a team engagement score of 100% and people leader effectiveness score of 97%.
