Lucid is all about driving sustained change in clinical practice through medical education. In 2012, we achieved positive outcomes through the further development and adoption of unique frameworks to create clinically valuable medical education programmes, whichare aligned to the strategic priorities of our clients. Paired with a focus on establishing a culture of value creation for our clients and the development of our people, in 2012 we were able to:
- Retain 100 per cent of our 2011 clients
- Expand our global client base by winning 8 new clients
- Gain six new accounts across existing clients
- Recruit 16 highly talented people to bring our team to 54

Lucid’s mission is to advance clinical practice by changing physician behaviour to improve patient outcomes.
