CARTography
Summary of work
Due to the rarity of the indication, CAR-T agents were approved based on data from relatively small, single-arm clinical trials, with a short time period from treatment of the first patient to licence. Knowledge of CAR T-cell therapy and RWE in blood cancers is growing rapidly in this cutting-edge field. Our client, Kite, needed a method to keep the team up to date with new evidence, and easily identify and visualise data to support live discussions with HCPs.
NexGen developed CARTography with Kite to meet this challenge, an interactive platform that provides a visual representation of complex data. It is easy to view multiple studies, and their cohorts, at once.
Filtering of the data is key to the app’s functionality. This enables Kite’s medical team to put the RWE into context for HCPs. Data can be viewed by country, treatment, number of patients and publication date.
Updated monthly, the app is dynamic in both content and display. This provides an impactful alternative to more traditional communications, highly relevant and continuously up to date.
The app is truly innovative, visualising a complex myriad of RWE data in a simple impactful way, bringing this into context with the pivotal clinical data.
