Summary of work
2022 was a defining year for 67health with staff numbers reaching double digits, income doubling that of the previous year and the co-creation of its vision, mission and values with the team. The agency was united behind its vision to make the experience of health conditions better for more people and rallied together in its mission to Humanise. Champion. Advance. Its values sit at the heart of the business: live our purpose; embrace a nimble mindset; strive for excellence; nurture partnerships; foster happiness.
Building on qualitative and quantitative employee and client research, conducted by an external change management consultancy in H1 2022, 67health's third birthday in July 2022 marked the introduction of measures to further advance the agency's training and culture, and provide greater clarity on individual contributions to the newly defined agency direction.
The team’s passion and expertise in community engagement drove the majority of business while client satisfaction and referrals diversified our services further. Global work in obesity led to the creation and launch of campaigns that help tackle stigma and provide education on this much misunderstood and maligned disease.
All staff and clients as of January 2022 were retained throughout the year (and at time of submission).

The 67health team seriously impressed the judges. They were confident, very genuine and it was clear to see that they were excited about their business. Their presentation was slick and substantial. They had the type of entrepreneurism and passion that the judges look for. Fantastic!
