Summary of work
2022 was a record year for the Madano healthcare team. Our revenue surged by nearly £1m, representing a YOY growth of 40% – double our original target. This hard-won success followed a challenging year in 2021 and was testament to the spirit and resolve of our extraordinary team.
Together, we devised a clear strategy that would enable us to grow our revenue with work we were passionate about. By leveraging our relationships as a team – and based on the outstanding quality of our work – we achieved substantial organic growth and brought in six new clients, all on a non-competitive basis.
Crucially, this was achieved without compromising our fun and collaborative culture, and while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. We were delighted that when healthcare team members were asked in our 2022 annual survey why they chose to remain with the company, 94% cited our culture and values as the key reason.
The achievements of 2022 belong to every member of our team. We are excited to see how we can continue to build on this success together, as we shape the future for our clients, and for our team.

The Madano team were enthusiastic and clearly a strong company. It was obvious to the judges that they had pulled together exceptionally well after a year of adversity and came across as genuine. The shared ownership of the company’s vision came across very well.
