Summary of work

2022 was a hugely successful year for us. We created a new brand, image and messaging and relaunched our website. We moved into a new office, brought in new talent, and won significant new business to smash through our growth targets and reach more than £2.5m in revenue.

Last year saw us significantly invest in our proposition and upscale our marketing efforts to increase awareness of our offer. This resulted in a sharp increase – 25% ─ in the number of new business briefs coming in. Moreover, we converted a considerable number of those leads, saw a rise in the number of integrated PR and PA accounts and expanded both our client base and service offering.

We continued to make working at M+F Health, and the well-being of our team, the number one priority. We moved into a new office with space created to enhance a collaborative environment. We introduced a well-being champion and strategy, continued to invest in our diversity and inclusion plans, training and development. Because of this, and our commitment to walking the talk of an agency with health and well-being at its heart, we saw a low turnover rate and successfully attracted new talent to the agency.

The M+F team were a clearly driven and friendly group, with lovely creative ideas. M+F had a clear strategy which was executed well. The judges enjoyed their submission and the team’s presentation.
