Summary of work
The Health Team at Porter Novelli London faced significant challenges in 2023, and not just from the global economic outlook. We encountered a major setback after a client drug did not pass clinical trials, resulting in us losing an account worth over £1 million in revenue.
Despite this sudden obstacle, we remained committed to our business strategy of ‘Bigger Impact, Better Lives’, helping clients through integrated strategic consultancy, underpinned by the power of data and tech. With our suite of proprietary digital and AI tools, we provided strategic counsel and delivered impactful campaigns across the pharmaceutical industry.
We set ambitious targets for client satisfaction, financial recovery and employee happiness. And, despite our challenging situation, we went above and beyond in exceeding our goals.
None of this would have been possible without the dedicated work of our team, a group of over 30 healthcare communicators passionate about our work. Together, in 2023, we created distinctive, signature campaigns, using our creative brilliance, content excellence and strategic insights to support our clients across public health, disease awareness and product communications, all for the ultimate benefit of patients.
