Congress360Peer
Summary of work
Congress360Peer reimagines the congress experience by transforming information overload into high value, peer-driven insights. Built for time pressured HCPs, this innovative program rapidly curates and distils clinically relevant updates and learnings, delivered by trusted peers at the moment they matter most. Using a scalable “glocal” design, global faculty create core content that is dynamically adapted and deployed at a local level. A layered delivery model releases insights progressively throughout the congress, bringing the HCP users on a journey and enabling deeper engagement, insights, relevance, and learning.
The program has been delivered across six key oncology congresses, with HCPs participating across 26 countries from every region of the globe. Its design allows it to be adapted based on the specific needs of each congress and audience, incorporating various learning formats as well as local languages to maximise engagement and accessibility. It has been praised by top-tier faculty for its ability to help HCPs navigate the high volume of congress information and make it easier to apply new data to the clinic, ultimately providing insights that support HCP decision making in the clinic.
Judges’ comments
The ‘Congress360Peer’ entry was interesting, with really good feedback and output. As a scalable learning experience, it promoted depth of learning around a meeting or event, and it was thoughtfully built with their glocal approach. It was an innovative solution to meet a real need by a pharma company and not just put out more noise.
