Summary of work
2025 saw 67health accelerate beyond expectations. What began with some major setbacks and threats to our pipeline, including the cancellation of a flagship client programme, became our most successful year to date. Against industry‑wide budget cuts, global, political uncertainty and serious restructuring across multiple clients, we transformed what looked to be an insurmountable challenge to deliver our most successful year to date by far, effectively leapfrogging two years of our business plan through exceptional growth.
What our clients rightly perceived as a very real threat and risk to their organisations meant that we were relied upon more than ever as true partners. Our agency calling card, community advocacy, is what became our shining beacon as the most requested skillset from clients and the biggest proportion of our revenue throughout the year. While setting our business up for future success, through an expanded team and tighter processes, 2025 confirmed that we are our client’s trusted, strategic advisors and often also their core team members, united behind our purpose of making the experience of health conditions better for more people.
