2025 was our best year yet. We maintained our nine-year run of double-digit growth while delivering strategic work that made us proud of the trust we have built with some of the industry’s leading innovators.
We welcomed brilliant new people to our company, enhancing our global media expertise, expanding our organisational change and patient engagement capabilities and doubling the size of our US-based team. We made decisive moves to shape our future – building on our unique position within the IQVIA health‑data ecosystem and launching a mindset-focused training initiative to help our talented consultants grow into our future leaders.
It was an exciting year of growth, evolution and opportunity, but we never lost touch with our founding belief: That kindness and fun should be part of the fabric of every high-performing business.
