Summary of work

The ongoing explosion in utilisation of digital communication channels by healthcare professionals as a rapid and responsive medium for learning, dialogue and clinical decision-making is self-evident. Given this significant evolution, we created solutions to achieve real-life insights into the digital dimension. Our vision was to provide pharmaceutical clients with new solutions that unlock high-value insights to enrich and direct medical and marketing strategies. A core innovation group of KnowledgePoint360 scientific, digital and communication consulting experts was established. We created a methodology and unique, composite tools that interrogate, capture and measure understanding, opinion and reach in a uniquely precise and inter-relational way. The proprietary elF algorithm assesses website impact, and SPLASH, an online gap analysis, gains deep insight for commercialisation and communication strategies. Within months, we launched a multichannel branch of our agency, lnterphase Consult, and established a multidisciplinary consulting and delivery team. Our sales drive was focused and rapid, and a key contributor to success. However, the critical success factor in accelerating uptake was how uniquely enlightening, impactful and valuable our insights and recommendations have proven to clients. Sales conversion rates were 70 per cent. Sales of $1.11m were achieved from August 2012 to Q1 2013 in 7 global pharmaceutical client companies.

InterPhase Consult specialise in medical and commercial strategy consulting for global pharma, biotech and medical devices and are offering a really interesting concept of analysis. They are meeting a specialist need that has been missing in the medical education market and by working in a clearly innovative way they are achieving real success.
