Summary of work
In 2012 cost constraints meant that measurable return and ROI from communications activities was essential for clients. Within this context Seb’s ability to lead teams, demonstrate return, and explore innovative channels shone through. Seb focused much time in 2012 furthering opportunities for pharma to engage with digital and social media developing digital programmes for his clients that are highly measurable and implementable, and that have changed behaviour. With digital being his focus Seb took a lead on this across the agency becoming RDC’s first digital lead. Seb is a hugely valuable team member who inspires and motivates all of the teams he works with.
Sebastian is, quite simply, one of the best digital leaders we’ve ever seen. He is a very intelligent lateral thinker, who has a clear, patient and enthusiastic approach to what he does - and what he does is incredibly impressive. He already has an enviable track record and has chosen to move ahead with a career in this field, as a specialist and is without doubt heading for the top.
