Pegasus
Summary of work
For ten years, Pegasus has talked about Inspiring Healthy Decisions. It is on our logo. It is our mission. In 2017, our three-word, behaviour-change ‘mantra’ permeated every part of our vision, our work, and our culture. Where others talked theory, we brought behaviour change to life in the real world. We did this by seeking out partners with purposeful missions like our own. We successfully bridged the gap between complex academic theory and ‘real-world’ campaigns. We encouraged our clients to rethink how they build their campaigns through our distinct style of integrated communications. We put Pegasus through our very own planning framework, and we took our five most important cultural behaviours and wove them into our DNA. Did it work? 2017 saw us grow by 7%. We opened three new satellite offices. We added 16 new clients to the book. We kept our churn at an industry-low of 13%. We recruited nearly 20 new people, and even saw old staff return to the business. Most importantly, we saw just what we can achieve when we bring together the rigour of behaviour-change theory with ‘real-world’ health challenges.
Judges’ comments
This was yet another impressive entry from Pegasus that did very well in demonstrating competency against each of the judging criteria. Their strategy was strong and shone through in every aspect of the entry and particularly impressive were their models for the out of London practice. Their collaborations with UCL and Ashfield play out well for clients and 2017 culminated in a great all-round financial performance, excellent growth from new and existing business and happy clients.
