The purpose of changing policy is to make a lasting impact. In 2017 Incisive Health delivered big changes which will benefit clients and – most importantly – patients for years to come. Thanks to its work the law has been changed to safeguard the interests of patients in medicines-pricing decisions, processes for involving patients in commissioning decisions have been improved, resulting in more treatments for rare conditions being funded and damaging cuts to services have been blocked.
It was able to make this impact because it invested in excellence, growing the team and opening itself up to cultural change. High profile hires have been coupled with a commitment to personal growth and team development. The results – strong growth and record levels of client satisfaction – speak for themselves.
