Summary of work
Over the years, Pegasus has evolved from PR agency to integrated comms consultancy, offering innovative products and services to provide a competitive proposition to clients and attract the best talent to the business. And most recently it has transformed from an independent company to a vibrant part of the Ashfield Group. As a result of all this investment, 2018 was a year of impact for Pegasus, once again achieving double-digit growth. With the appointment of a new, ‘home-grown’ Leadership Team, Pegasus had a highly experienced senior team in place from the get-go. It remodelled its teams to provide the best solution to integrated programming for clients, and it took its proprietary CHANGE model ‘on the road’ to show the industry how effective it has been in driving behaviour change. Pegasus continued to invest highly in its people, with benefits well over the industry average. It launched the Pegasus Voice forum to capture the agency’s ideas and thoughts, and invested in mental health initiatives to look after its people’s well-being. 2018 was the agency’s best ever year of award wins too, all testament to the healthy decisions – and behaviour change outcomes – it has inspired on behalf of its growing client base.
