We recognise the evolution medical affairs is undergoing a significant transformation and have supported our clients in not only delivering amazing programmes, but in shaping their organizations and demonstrating their value. We have developed new capabilities within Lucid to support both strategic and executional excellence in medical affairs. This has enabled us to translate strategy into connected plans that shape a market and shift stakeholder behaviours, create frameworks and training for functional excellence and design organizational frameworks and metrics tools to demonstrate the strategic value medical affairs brings to the wider organization.
Our deep understanding of our clients and the challenges they face within their role has allowed us to create a space where our clients and our teams at Lucid explore, learn and grow together.
Lucid is on a big journey and 2020 was another big year, with >30% growth in revenue. We’re really excited about where we’re going and we’re pleased to share that journey with medical affairs teams across the industry.
It is clear that Lucid continues to be a strong player in the medical communications marketplace and it resolutely sticks to its partnership model with clients. It also manages to continue to inspire and retain the talent within Lucid. The judges liked the work they were doing on managing the multi-faceted approach to/of medical affairs and supporting those clients in integrating and building on skills and capabilities needed.
