Lexington Health

Summary of work

2020 marked Lexington Health’s most successful year yet, growing by 27%. Despite the pandemic and the challenge of remote working, we were determined to build on our strengths. We grew our team and opened a new regional office; we won new international and UK clients; and expanded our expertise by securing new projects in digital health, COVID-19 testing and R&D.
The uncertainty of COVID-19 has presented unique challenges across the industry, but we knew that it would be the strength of our team that ensured Lexington Health survived and thrived – and delivered the best for our clients. From the start, we committed that no staff member would be furloughed, and prioritised our team’s professional development and personal wellbeing. We renewed our focus on boosting mental health, established new internal procedures to better support staff, and strengthened our community with team-building activities. For clients, we re-evaluated how we delivered success, adopting new and innovative tactics to ensure our professional service was not only unhindered, but better than ever.
The outcome? Growth in our client base, teams and geographical reach, and the best ever financial performance in our 22-year history - all whilst still prioritising investment in our most important asset: our people.

To date, the program has successfully generated and leveraged data through newly established channels and partnerships with engaged stakeholders. The program has already successfully influenced clinical practice and policy at global, country and clinic levels via novel insights and targeted, patient-focused solutions. Adherence is gaining the attention it has long needed, and real-world outcomes will improve as a result.
