This really strong submission had an approach that is rooted in a solid philosophy and measurable ambitions. McCann Health Medical demonstrated a fundamental belief in the value of D&I to their leaders, employees, clients, partners and society at large. They are embedding D&I into their ways of working and continuing to learn and commit resources to it. They have made tangible and measurable impacts and have clear plans for continuing to embed D&I into their DNA in the future. Exciting!
