Summary of work

Delivering breakthrough work takes breakthrough excellence – and Kelli delivers just this, both in terms of her client handling, ability to deliver ‘A’ work and as a leader amongst her peers. Kelli’s career to date has allowed for her passion to deliver new solutions – working to address scepticism and overturn barriers in access to effective treatments – ultimately working to ensure improved patient outcomes.
When confronted with a challenge, that when addressed will make a difference to people’s lives, there is no stopping her. She makes it happen. Her ability to embed herself in her client’s goals not only ensures she delivers for them – but also delivers for the agency, achieving organic growth across all her accounts since joining the team in 2018. Moved by events both in 2020 and prior to the global platform these events presented, Kelli has worked to address the issue of diversity in the industry by actively pushing for equality and inclusion, often challenging senior staff and clients.
Kelli’s can-do attitude and ability to provide insightful strategic guidance that ultimately delivers for clients, patients and her colleagues, results in her being identified as one to watch.

To date, the program has successfully generated and leveraged data through newly established channels and partnerships with engaged stakeholders. The program has already successfully influenced clinical practice and policy at global, country and clinic levels via novel insights and targeted, patient-focused solutions. Adherence is gaining the attention it has long needed, and real-world outcomes will improve as a result.
