Affie has become an exemplary leader and scientific authority since joining ApotheCom, overseeing the largest publications account in ApotheCom Europe, among multiple others. Her hybrid scientific and client services approach, mature thinking and commitment to high standards have built trusted client partnerships that have translated into long-term revenue and organic growth.
Her dedication to team development is unparalleled, and made evident by her proactive establishment of training processes and programmes, which have led to improved knowledge transfer, specialism, onboarding and recoverability. Her comprehensive publications knowledge and commitment to ethical and transparent data dissemination standards is evident by her ISMPP qualification, presence at ISMPP meetings and providing related training for clients and teams.
Affie also embodies exceptionalism in the wider community; she independently forged a partnership with a charity, Young Roots, to prioritise ApotheCom’s business vision for greater Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. As part of this, she has established a passionate team to develop an educational video series to support newly arrived refugees with accessing resources and healthcare in the UK; she is now planning a longer-term initiative that will provide in-office work experience within the Inizio network, to ultimately improve their future employment prospects.
