DJM is a global digital healthcare communications agency, based in London and New York, focused on innovative communications for healthcare and pharmaceutical organisations. DJM was founded in 2001 by Dominic Marchant as a full-service digital agency working predominantly in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. DJM became part of the Creston group in November 2012.

2013 was a big year for DJM.

We opened a New York office on Fifth Avenue in July, sharing premises with established New York-based sister agencies within Creston Health, in response to an increasing demand for our work from existing US clients. US business accounted for 19% of our total revenue for the calendar year.

Comparing 2012 to 2013, we grew turnover 81%, revenue by 96% and PBIT by 333%.

Last year we produced websites, apps, social media content etc – the ’brilliant basics’ in digital. BUT, what makes us different is our experiential focus: we put user experience in the heart of all our executions. This approach allows us to be truly innovative, delivering hologram installations, virtual reality experiences, impactful video content, augmented reality disease awareness pieces …
