Summary of work
2013 saw the start of a new chapter for MHP Health focusing on diversity in offer, approach and personality.
Our offer evolved beyond the traditional NHS space into social care, public health and well-being, with new clients secured in all these areas. We also looked internationally and established a globally-focused health team to expand our geographical horizons.
Our approach flexed so that we could continue to deliver the great nationally-focused policy work we have delivered in the past, but also provide localised solutions for clients which were responsive to the environment and could demonstrate tangible business benefits.
Our personality as a team changed under new leadership. Diversity in the team was celebrated through a fundamental change in culture, working practices and marketing. We built a more empowered team and sustainable business, unified around a collective vision for the future.
The result has been seen in the consultancy’s record year in terms of revenue, the expansion of existing client relationships into more diverse work, a new approach to our marketing and thought leadership and a happier team. All of this was achieved while maintaining outstanding client feedback and quality, and retaining the factors which differentiate our brand in the marketplace.
