Excellence. Innovation. High-performing teams. Unlocking potential. These were intrinsic values for RDC in a time of change. In 2011 the agency innovated with new offering Grapevine; it was creative in growing existing business; demonstrated team focus by winning Gold from Investors in People; and through reassigning management team and board responsibilities fulfilled both agency and clients’ potential.
RDC increased revenues by 14 per cent, expanded its client base by welcoming seven new clients and invested in its ever-impressive staff, including the only healthcare agency representative to be included in the prestigious PR Week ‘29 under 29’ roll-call.
Judges’ comments
Grapevine is a genuinely original and creative application of direct marketing techniques in medical communications from an innovative and motivated senior team.
