In a challenging environment, engaging with society about what Pfizer does, how we operate and the benefits industry brings, is more important than ever.

For Pfizer, being respected by society is a global objective, and the UK One Voice campaign has a key role to play. It aims to instil confidence and pride in Pfizer’s work and empowers colleagues to have positive conversations, at home and at work.

During 2011, One Voice was taken to another level. The results: 87 per cent of colleagues felt confident and proud about the work Pfizer does and 80 per cent were regularly talking positively about it.

This campaign resounds with success. It’s a simple thing to do but it’s been done brilliantly. They turned their employees into their advocates.
