Judges’ comments

The judges liked the connection to client work and such rich initiatives being delivered across the business, as well as the uptake and engagement from the team. There was also good feedback from the team around leadership engagement, and great work being done by the Inclusion Council, particularly in how they deliver cultural competence of client work. Great commitment and follow-through on activities with practices encouraging inclusivity so that changes, for example to hiring practices, don’t fall down. Great work.
