Summary of work

Oxford PharmaGenesis is a company built on relationships – with our clients, with each other and, ultimately, with the patients we are here to serve. We believe that we produce our best work when we bring out the best in each other, through open communication in a supportive, diverse and rewarding environment. Driven by employee feedback, we have implemented global internal and external equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) initiatives that focus on employee education and on amplifying diverse voices. These initiatives include the introduction of inclusion-friendly policies, the launch of internal educational resources, and increased opportunities for colleagues to participate in developing EDI programming. As a direct result of our inclusion programme, our company structure has evolved to include more women in management roles, our support has increased for our clients’ work in EDI, and we have maintained high inclusion scores in our annual engagement surveys.

Oxford PharmaGenesis’ passion for DE&I shone through and it’s clear that they are extending their journey both internally and with clients. Their entry was explicit about their values as a business which has driven clear and tangible behaviours, with great policies and clear roles and accountability of the leadership team. Clearly this has led to impressive statistics on how employees feel included and supported within the company, and strong feedback from employees and those who are positively impacted by programmes like the scholarship initiative.
