Summary of work
Described by a former client as leading with integrity and heart, Louise has progressed swiftly at FleishmanHillard, from Graduate to Associate Director in just six years. Specialising in patient advocacy and emerging AI strategy, Louise maintains relationships with 10+ individual client stakeholders across major pharmaceutical organisations, manages €1M in programme budgets, and has unlocked more than €1M in new revenue opportunities through new initiatives, collaborations and client expansions.
An early interest in AI saw Louise shape the Healthcare practice’s GEO offering in a way that was applicable for the highly regulated environment in which healthcare clients work. Rapidly building the commercial case and defining the methodology, Louise assembled a cross-functional delivery team spanning research analysts, strategists and content specialists. Within six months, this initiative had generated £200,000 in organic revenue and created a pipeline of six-figure future opportunities.
Louise attributes her career success to not simply delivering strong work but bringing together the right people to achieve outcomes greater than any individual could.
Judges’ comments
Louise submitted a strong entry with good feedback from both client and employer. The judges loved the focus on unsiloed activity and bringing the client first approach. She obviously had a number of strong relationships to drive this type of thinking from the client and internally, as one end of that process could fail without influence and impact. Her presentation was strong.
