Mia Neve should be considered for young achiever of the year as, simply put, she has achieved a downright staggering amount in the mere four years since joining the industry. Over the last 12 months alone, she has coordinated a global outreach programme, organised a three-day European conference, delivered a CME-accredited symposium in under six weeks and has won over £2 million of business for her agency.
A tireless worker, fearless leader and bubbly colleague, Mia perfectly balances the roles of manager/director and friend to deliver impossible deadlines without sacrificing team morale. Looking at her organisation of the IOTOD conference - an otherwise notorious bear of a project at the agency - delegates and staff alike commented on how delightful the three-day event was.
One could discuss her strengths and achievements for pages and pages on end (as the remainder of this application aims to do), but let’s skip all that and do it in a single sentence. Mia Neve is a rocket ship bound for a rainbow-coloured nebula - and until she becomes the youngest owner of the most successful agency in Europe, there’s never been a better time to recognise her contributions to this industry.

Mia took a bit of a gamble with her presentation style, but in it we saw her creativity come to life beautifully. We loved her energy, enthusiasm and positive attitude and she came across as very genuine. There’s no doubt that she’s going to be someone to watch.
