emotive. is a is a London-based healthcare communications agency serving global and international clients. Our services include medical education, branding and promotion, patient engagement and training. In everything we do we focus on optimising engagement through deep insights, scientific expertise and novel thinking to improve outcomes for HCPs as well as patients. 2017 was a year of successes; we gained ISO 9001 accreditation as a mark of our dedication to quality delivery, we focused on our internal team development with new training and culture initiatives and ran our first annual offsite conference; we significantly increased our CSR work supporting Rare Disease UK, Jo’s Trust and collaborating closely with Beaconsfield High School for Girls where we sponsored a science lab and established the inaugural ‘emotive. prize for scientific engagement’ to support a talented student in her studies at university . We ended 2017 having delivered 19 live medical education events around the world, engaged 1,650 delegates, run five strategy workshops, implemented nine global e-learning programmes, launched 14 brand campaigns, five websites and eight mobile apps. We successfully changed behaviour in lupus, HIV, IBS and post-stroke spasticity amongst others. And we did all this while exceeding our target growth rate by 100%.

emotive's clear strategy together with their specific, well-articulated vision and values and the way these are rolled down to both the team and to clients impressed us. As did the way they are addressing employee engagement along with their focus on CSR and women in science. We saw great progress in 2017 with the delivery of strong financials and high client satisfaction.
