Synergy Vision

Summary of work

Synergy Vision enjoyed considerable growth, success and industry recognition in 2017. We secured seven new client accounts, maintained 14 existing accounts, delivered almost 200 projects across ten countries, and increased our turnover by £1.5m, all while maintaining a strong focus on industry-leading customer service (for which we received the Gold Award at the 2017 International Business Awards) and our internal training and development. We were instrumental in designing and rolling-out projects that had a tangible effect on our clients’ business, including a sales force competitive mindset programme. Our commitment to exceptional project delivery was recognized by our clients throughout the year; our annual client survey indicated that they are highly likely to recommend our services to their colleagues, as demonstrated by our exceptional net promoter score of 9.0. Our investment in the team did not go unnoticed either; we were incredibly proud to have been awarded Gold status by Investors in People (until 2020), we received the Gold award for Skills Development at the International CSR Excellence Awards, and we are thrilled to have been shortlisted by Great Places to Work as one of the UK’s top 25 best workplaces in the ‘small business’ category in 2018.
