Summary of work
2019 was the year in which 90TEN MEDICAL’s plan to grow our strategic, insight-led medical affairs offer for global pharmaceutical clients – in the face of fierce competition – was realised. Whilst maintaining deep relationships with our UK clients, our repositioning strategy led to fee income increasing by 40% and our team of client service specialists and medical writers grew by over 30%.
We celebrated diversity and championed a staff development approach linked to an individual’s strengths, with an 88% retention rate as a result. We evolved our Feel-Think-Dotools and applied our behavioural science expertise to the challenges faced by pharma clients, adding over £1m in consultancy revenue and six new global clients to our roster.
This success was made possible by everyone in the 90TEN MEDICAL team working seamlessly together with an unfaltering dedication to 90TEN’s life-changing values of commitment, courage and respect.
