AD Taxi: Driving Forward Our Fight against Alzheimer's Disease
Summary of work
Every three seconds, someone around the world develops Alzheimer’s disease (AD) or a related dementia, and the number of people affected is rising rapidly. Despite the terrible impact of AD, it remains misunderstood and underestimated across the world. A vehicle allowing the exchange of clinical experience and learning to help improve patient outcomes could make a valuable difference. This is where our AD Taxi contributes, by providing a global platform for HCPs and researchers to share their ideas and topics without any boundaries. We have redefined the definition of ‘good content’ and believe that if someone is willing to provide learnings based on their own experiences, then it is not only good content but great content. Through AD Taxi, this is our chance to bring AD out of the shadows and tackle it in a way that matters to everyone. We can all learn from each other, and your experience can help others too.
