Arc Bio Communications is a global healthcare innovation communications consultancy, which is passionate about bringing the value of scientific innovation to life.
2022 was the year we took the bold step forward in growing from a small to a large consultancy. We had a record-breaking year with a 65% increase in fee income to over £5m, growing the team by almost as much to nearly 30 people based across the UK, US, Denmark and Australia.
This was achieved with a dedicated focus on supporting our people to be their best, along with building on our reputation for delivering highly strategic communications to our global pharma and biotech clients.
We are proudly a values-centred business, putting our people at the heart of everything we do. We are truly flexible in terms of where, when and how our team works. Everyone has a share in the business and we celebrate the strengths that diversity and individuality bring.
We are obsessed with adding value and delivering excellence while doing it all together with fun, positivity and integrity. Most of all, everyone shares a deep passion for science and medicine, which gives us all meaning and satisfaction in the work we do.
Judges’ comments
Arc Bio Communications took a different approach to the presentation and were quite unique, which the judges liked. There was a strong team chemistry and the space they have taken in the market place does feel differentiated. They had a great business model where employees have a share in the company and deliver on innovation in all its forms. Their referrals were impressive and they very clearly understand the science around what they do. An impressive team!
