Summary of work
In the wake of the pandemic, our clients faced significant challenges – financial pressures, a need to be more flexible and new challenges in health equity. As we faced our own challenges as a Health Team, not least a need to ensure financial growth, employee well-being and client retention, we defined a bold strategy – “Bigger Impact, Better Lives”.
This strategy was created not just to respond to our own challenges and those of our clients, but also to drive counsel and thought leadership in health equity for our clients, team and the wider industry landscape.
Throughout 2022, we embedded this strategy into our daily work, and kept ourselves measured against clear, focused goals. Further challenges arose during the year, but throughout we remained true to our strategy and our goals, in the best interest of our clients and team.
By the end of the year, we had met and exceeded our goals, whilst embedding our focus on health equity and quality client counsel throughout. At the core of our work, our signature campaigns display just how we implemented our strategy throughout the year, to the benefit of our clients and their wider disease communities.

The team from Porter Noveill were very cohesive. They had good examples of cleint work and the judges could tell they were a safe pair of hands. Their growth was impressive with good metrics. The judges warmed to all the individuals who presented.
