GCI Health is a specialist healthcare communications agency _Inspired by People_. It is this mantra ─ our genuine dedication to people─- that sets us apart. The events of recent years (the pandemic, the war in Ukraine, the cost-of-living crisis) has confirmed to us that our mission to put people at the centre is the most important measure of success ─ first and foremost for their professional and personal well-being and secondly in the benefits that a supported and committed workforce offer to our clients and patients, carers and the world.
Our goal to be the happiest and most fulfilled team our industry has to offer has not changed since we launched in 2013. At GCI Health we continue to look for new, impactful and tangible ways to ensure the happiness, wellness and retention of our team, building a culture we are very proud of. We know that a happy team is a successful team. We believe our focus on our people is what has kept us successful, keeps our team together and makes us stand out from the crowd.
The GCI Health team presented a coherent story. Their entry had very strong situational analysis with clearly articulated, measurable objectives. They had some great thinking and initiatives and decent all-round performance.
